The Reformed Church of the Tarrytowns will host to an indoor tag sale this Saturday, March 2, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m, in a benefit for the Westchester/Hudson Valley Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
All proceeds will go to support the efforts of local volunteers who take part in the Society’s “Team in Training” program, by which they prepare for and participate in endurance athletic events as a way of raising funds to underwrite research to find a cure to blood cancers. Funds raised also go toward patient and community services, advocacy and education. The tag sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the church’s Ammerman Hall.
It is located at 42 North Broadway, Tarrytown, two blocks north of Main Street on the east side of North Broadway. Parking is in the rear of the church if needed. The facility is handicapped accessible from the parking lot.
