In Tarrytown – What Comes After Number One? Phase II at Hudson Harbor

Hudson Harbor The Lookout TarrytownHudson Harbor, Tarrytown’s premier waterfront community, has just announced that it has begun its next phase of construction.

This phase of the development will include a five-story condominium building containing 42 residential units known as the Lookout Building. Situated just 100 feet from the Hudson River, The Lookout Building was designed to provide majestic views of the Hudson River and a range of single-level homes that are a direct response to market interest ranging from 1,000 square feet to 2,400 square feet. The architecture of the building was inspired by traditional Hudson River Valley style, particularly the Stone Barns at the Rockefeller Estate, incorporating substantial natural stone and reclaimed timbers into its design. Extensive glass will also be used in the Building, creating spectacular views and a truly signature design.

Each residence of the Lookout Building will boast an open layout and a variety of amenities and features, including wide-plank mahogany flooring, detailed custom crown molding, granite countertops, natural stone backsplashes and an appliance suite which features a top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid stainless steel range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven. One of the most exciting amenities in the Lookout Building will be the private balcony that has been featured in every residential unit. Hudson Harbor’s commitment to the environment remains strong, as each home will be Energy Star rated and built using sustainable and recycled materials.

Hudson Harbor’s first phase, which opened for sales in May of 2009, has seen strong sales despite the troubled economy. Over 70% of the 56 condominiums and townhouse units have been sold, creating a strong and vibrant community. The Clubhouse, will contain a state-of-the-art gym and an outdoor swimming pool, will be available to all residences of Hudson Harbor and is estimated to open in May. Riverstone Yoga Studio, Westchester’s first certified “Green Yoga Association” is expected to open in the Clubhouse Building later this winter. Also opening soon at Hudson Harbor is Licks Ice Cream & Coffee Shop, a perfect location given its proximity to the Tarrytown Train Station.

A Grand Opening for the Lookout Building is currently contemplated for the middle of February. For more information on The Lookout Building or Hudson Harbor, visit their website at http://www.hudsonharborny.com or call their Sales Office at (914) 631-1998.
