Hudson Harbor, Tarrytown’s premier waterfront community, has just announced that it has begun its next phase of construction.
This phase of the development will include a five-story condominium building containing 42 residential units known as the Lookout Building. Situated just 100 feet from the Hudson River, The Lookout Building was designed to provide majestic views of the Hudson River and a range of single-level homes that are a direct response to market interest ranging from 1,000 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
