Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Lynn Berliner, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, has joined the firm and will work out of its Irvington, N.Y., brokerage. Berliner formerly served as an associate broker with Peter J. Riolo Real Estate in Hastings-on-Hudson.
First entering the real estate industry in 2010, Berliner brings to her real estate career her background as an attorney, providing her with a unique advantage in guiding her buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process. She is consistently regarded as a trusted advisor by her clients, demonstrating strong negotiating skills and a commitment to advocating on their behalf. She also has significant experience in buying, renovating and selling her own properties.

An active resident of Dobbs Ferry for almost two decades, Berliner participates in various organizations in the Rivertown communities including the village’s school district, where her daughter is a high school student and her son a graduate.
Berliner is a Certified Buyer Representative, and a member of the Hudson Gateway, New York State and National Associations of Realtors. She is also a member of the New York State and Pennsylvania Bars.
