“Chelsea Senior Living is going to be a great addition to the Westchester Community” noted Latimer.

“I have gone to a lot of groundbreaking‘s and ribbon-cuttings and ceremonies, and I haven’t met anyone who has worked harder than the staff at the Chelsea at Grenburgh,” said Feiner. “They have reached out to the community and made everyone feel welcome. They’ve been a true role model for a new development.”

There are 101 assisted living and memory care apartments all featuring large windows, high ceilings and exceptional interior design.

The Chelsea at Greenburgh is the first Chelsea property in Westchester County with many others located in New Jersey and on Long Island.
