Congratulations to the November RJN Pet of the Month

Meet Ivy!

Ivy is a 1-year-old mini goldendoodle who brought joy to our family at a desperate time of sorrow after losing our beloved family poodle of 12 years, Revis. She came into our home with love, energy and the sweetest disposition. We instantly filled our hearts with wonderful distractions, playful kisses and warm hugs from Ivy as she became the team mascot at all Hendrick Hudson High School sporting events this past year.

Her loyalty, obedience, and companionship complete our lives.  She is often bringing toys to her big brother’s feet to encourage playing tug of war with her. Ivy thoroughly enjoys sprinting outside with lightning speed to get the morning paper and play football with her dad. While she sits and waits patiently next to her leash to go on long walks with her mom, she knows to perform her tricks and get rewarded with treats upon her return. Ivy loves her big sister the most and eagerly waits on her bed, staring out the window for her arrival! When you enter the room, Ivy greets you unconditionally with squeals and wagging tails. The best welcome wagon ever!

She’s incredibly smart, has the perfect blend of puppy energy mixed with calm but above all, she enjoys attention from everyone and blesses all those around her with deep affection.
