Ghost Light: A Haunted Evening of Music, Movement, Poetry & Film

Enter the Irvington Theater after dark… if you dare.
This Halloween, the theater comes alive with Ghost Light, a one-night-only, theatrical experience where music, poetry, theater, film, opera, and dance unfold throughout the space, creating a haunting tapestry of live performance.
This multidisciplinary evening features a constellation of local artists including Rivers Edge Theater Company, Hudson Valley Arts Collective, soprano Ruby Nightingale in collaboration with dancers Erica Moshman and Sydney Rosenberg, spellbinding short films, and irresistible jazz tunes from The Candace Lynn Quintet featuring Candace Lynn Matthews, Sammy Wags, Chris Conte, Will Rich, and Andrew Klein. Together, they transform the theater into a darkly magical Halloween dreamscape of music, movement, story, and shadow.
The spirits come out in the Rivertowns on Halloween. Come dressed accordingly. Costumes are encouraged but never required. Families are welcome, though some moments may be too spooky for younger audiences.
Come see the Irvington Theater in a new light. Gather your ghosts, summon your coven, and join us for an evening of live, local, bewitching art.
The performance will be approximately 60-minutes long with no intermission.
