Author June Hersh takes us on a culinary journey through New York’s most crave-worthy foods as seen through the lens of the Jewish Immigrant experience. Her book is filled with fascinating tidbits, colorful photos, a where-to-go guide, and delicious recipes to make at home. The proceeds from this book will support the Rescued Recipes initiative at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
