SUMMARY:The Arc Westchester’s Annual “Golfing for Kids” Event
DESCRIPTION:The Arc Westchester will host its annual “Golfing for Kids” golf outing on Monday\, September 28\, to raise funds for its Children’s School for Early Development\, which provides educational\, social and support services for children from birth to five years of age with developmental disabilities and their families. \nEvent Schedule:\n10:30 a.m. – Registration and brunch\n11:30 a.m. – Shotgun tee time\n12–1:30 p.m. – Special golf clinic sponsored by the Metropolitan Golf Association for 15–20 adults with developmental disabilities supported by The Arc Westchester\n4:30 p.m. – Cocktail reception\n5:30 p.m. – Dinner and program \nEvent Features:\n– Hole-in-one prize of a new luxury car\n– Closest-to-the-pin and team prizes\n– Silent and live auctions\n– Paddle raise \nThis year’s event will honor Integrated Protection Solutions for its longtime partnership providing fire prevention and security solutions to The Arc Westchester. \nFunds raised from the golf outing support:\n– Professional development workshops for teachers and staff\n– Investments in technology and access to state-of-the-art learning materials and activities\n– Class trips to integrate community learning and enrich the educational experience\n– Furniture\, therapeutic and art supplies\, and toys for all classrooms \nWays to Participate:\n– Share the information with family\, friends and business associates\n– Obtain or contribute a silent auction prize\n– Purchase a sponsorship\n– Play golf\, sign up for a foursome or register for the dinner\n– Donate or enter the raffle online \nThe Arc Westchester has set a $250\,000 fundraising goal\, with funds dedicated exclusively to the Children’s School for Early Development.\nTo register\, donate or learn more: Visit arcwestchester.org/gfk2026/ or contact Fran Higgins at 914-495-4536 or fhiggins@arcwestchester.org.
