The former head chef of Carlos’s Place is now the owner of Villa Napoli, and Domingo Loja has changed the restaurant’s name but little else. His preparation and presentation of fish, veal, chicken and beef dishes is enticing and served by a friendly and attentive wait staff. Accompanying entrées are homemade soups and assorted pastas.
