Congratulations Gabriel Plano

Sleepy Hollow Senior, Gabriel Plano, has been named a Semifinalist in the Intel Science Talent Search. Gabe is a member of the Science Research class taught by Janet Longo-Abinanti.

His science research project was in the category of Engineering and was titled The Effects of Leading-Edge Sinusoidal Tubercles on Wing Performance. Gabe is one of 300 high school seniors selected nationwide from a group of 1,705 entrants. The STS, America’s oldest and most prestigious science competition, is often called the "Junior Nobel Prize."
