The Rivertown Journal is to be commended for publishing the excellent piece by former Sleepy Hollow Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli, now Briarcliff Manor Village Manager, on his enduring attachment to the Rockefeller State Park Preserve. He also laments the damage caused by storms and the need for people who derive pleasure and a sense of renewal from their visits to the preserve to its care and maintenance.
