As Delilah begins to interact with the characters in the book\, the boundary between reality and fiction blurs\, inviting her to question where she truly belongs. With warmth\, humor\, and emotional honesty\, Between the Lines\, Jr. explores themes of identity\, belonging\, first love\, and the bravery required to step out of the margins and into the center of your own story. It’s a magical\, empowering tale for anyone who has ever felt changed by a book. \nBetween the Lines premiered at the Kansas City Repertory Theatre before making its Off-Broadway debut in 2022\, where it was praised for its fresh concept\, emotionally resonant storytelling\, and contemporary pop-infused score. Since its premiere\, Between the Lines has quickly found a devoted following\, resonating with readers\, theater lovers\, and dreamers of all ages. This enchanting musical reminds us that sometimes the story that changes us most is the one we choose to write ourselves. \n“The pop-lite score and witty book riffing on fairy tale conventions offer plenty of charm.”\n—New York Stage Review \nABOUT BROADWAY TRAINING CENTER: Based in Hastings-on-Hudson\, NY\, Broadway Training Center of Westchester is a premier performing arts school that provides year-long training programs in acting\, voice\, dance\, and performance ensembles for grades K-12 and adults.
