WEDC Women’s Aligned Business Mastermind Group

The Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC), LHS Coaching, and The Aligned Center are partnering to bring you a new small business mastermind group!
This small business development program for female business owners will assist them in developing, strengthening and growing their businesses. It will be facilitated by Laurie Hirsch Schulz of LHS Coaching, draw on WEDC’s decades of small enterprise experience, and resonate with The Aligned Center’s commitment to mindful, heartfelt community. Meetings will provide participants with the opportunity to address obstacles, reflect on and refine their work, and build accountability to maximize their profit and efficiency.
The mastermind format is a facilitated peer exchange which allows participants to brainstorm ideas, share expertise and provide mutual support to address challenges. The goal for this group is to form an engaged community of small business owners to enable support as well as accountability to help achieve goals.
Eight session program: January – April 2020
Two meetings a month from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(the second and fourth Mondays starting January 13, 2020)

Cost: $200 for eight sessions

About Facilitator Laurie Hirsch Schulz
Laurie builds collaborative coaching relationships with clients to explore transformation at the intersection of life and work. Her approach combines expertise developed through a successful 20+ year corporate career in marketing and business strategy with the tools of coaching. Laurie partners with current and aspiring small business owners to develop business strategies that reflect personal values, move beyond the blocks that may be holding them back and formulate marketing approaches to start growing and transforming their businesses.
In addition to transformational coaching, Laurie is the founder of Broad River, a local women’s networking organization that has grown to over 250 members in less than a year. This passion project reflects her commitment to collaboration and community.
