The Putnam Chorale – “Songs of the Season”

The Putnam Chorale’s Winter Ensemble will present “Songs of the Season,” a concert of holiday songs popular during the mid to late 1800s which will transport you back to a time when singing and the playing of an instrument was the dominant form of entertainment in homes throughout the Hudson Valley.

Conducted by Carol Paterno and accompanied by David Johnson, their repertoire will inspire and entertain you with songs representative of the era and the holiday season, such as Vivaldi’s Gloria, Bring a Torch, A New Year Carol, and more.
