Tai-Chi Class

Tai-Chi is a series of slow, gentle, and meditative body movements that helps people reduce pain, increase flexibility, improve balance, and cope with stress. Jian-Yang Rong, certified instructor, will be teaching this four-week class (September 8, 15, 22, 29). This class will be taught indoors. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Registration begins August 20 via the library’s Web site and will be limited to the first 15 registrants. A fully refundable participation fee of $20 is due on the first day of class. The participation fee will be reimbursed on the last day of class only if the registrant has attended all four classes.
