Relieve stress during an outdoor yoga session with instructor, Shivani Singh. Explore the connection between breath and movement and learn the fundamentals that will help keep your practice safe and sustainable. Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience, ages 18+. Please wear sunscreen, bring a yoga mat and water, and arrive 15 minutes early. Be prepared to walk 10 minutes to the site. Cost: $5 per class + Eventbrite fees. Max: 20 people.
