Rhythm, Rhyme and Harmony – KMAA Exhibition 2023

Harmony, balance, rhythm, and repetition, lyricism, notes of warm and cool, repetition, mark making, and movement. From classical to contemporary, from abstract to surrealism, artists and musicians have shared many aspects of the creative process. This Katonah Museum Artists’ Association exhibition calls for works that may be inspired by music or by any of these compatible or incongruous elements. Melissa Staiger will curate Rhythm, Rhyme, and Harmony. Ms. Staiger earned her BFA from Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, MD and MFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.
