Outdoor Coffeehouse Concert with Rip & The Sleepy Hollow Boys

August 14 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

For over ten years, Rip and the Sleepy Hollow Boys have been the area’s quintessential Americana band and educators. Drawing from the rich and deep musical and lyrical traditions of country, bluegrass, and blues, the songs they play—both originals and others—represent best of neo-traditional root music.

Essentially an acoustic band, the Boys tailor their appearances for the venue—from coffee houses to concerts. In addition to local venues like the Peekskill Coffee House and the Birdsall House, last year the Boys played at the Nashkill Festival and at Woodstock’s Bearsville Theater.

Possessing encyclopedic knowledge, they are eager to share it with audiences young and old.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, drinks and snacks and enjoy this unique outdoor concert with the whole family!
