Manifestation of Evolution Reception

Come join us to celebrate Black History Month on Saturday, February 25 at the Jeannette J. Phillips Atrium Gallery for the reception of our new exhibition “Manifestation of Evolution” with artworks created by Jen Adams. There will be a spoken word performance by Andre Rainey, live music performed by Lenny Underwood, and a lecture about the works presented by the artist’s mother.

“Manifestation of Evolution

Abstracts can be difficult to understand, when even explained. They say that Gorgeous appearances are in the eye of the beholder, and I say that Beautiful appearances are standard. It is the “W’s” of said Gorgeous appearances that catches the viewers gaze and then begets attention.
Our One World of Adoring Beings is the manifestation of the positive progressions of change. This is one my definition of what evolution is. To see something abstract becomes a reality, comprehendible and understood. The changes needed in order to survive, which then begin to materialize as thriving.
This Thriving becomes natural to all, who are blessed, in the empathy surrounding the need for the new manifestations of loving life.
To “Carpe Momentum” is only one explanation of what the Manifestation of Evolution means to me.”
