Library Craft – Teen Winter Glow Bottle

Come and create a winter wonderland glow bottle. Perfect as a winter decoration or even as a gift. All supplies are provided as well as hot chocolate and cookies to get into the winter spirit. Just jump on the bus after school for a fun afternoon of DIY.
