Gentle Yoga for Beginner’s with Sabrina Eyster

Gentle Soul Flow Yoga is designed for those new to yoga or anyone interested in a slower, soothing vinyasa practice. This class incorporates flowing sequences to warm up the body, and learning to align that flow with our breath.
We will step into a place of mindful awareness as we gently open energy lines and soothe the nervous system through pranayama, meditation and movement. With this awareness we can learn to take our practice off the mat and into our everyday lives. Finding ourselves more grounded, more compassionate and more at home within our own bodies.
