Forest Therapy: Equinox Celebration

Embrace change with mindful movement, nature observation, journaling, and tea under the trees. Led by Mindful Outdoor Guide and certified Forest Therapist, Cindy Olsen, this experience will be an opportunity to celebrate the natural world in honor of the autumnal equinox. Blankets and seat cushions will be provided. Ages 18+. No dogs please.
Cost: $4. Parking: $6 per vehicle. Max: 15 people.
