
Exploration of Indian Cooking Through Demonstration

Rinku Bhattacharya, professional chef and author of two cookbooks, will provide a series of classes on the essentials of Indian cooking. Please visit the library’s Web site for additional information and to register. Registration begins November 20 via the library’s Web site for one or all three remaining classes. You must register for each class you will be attending. Note: A $5 materials fee for each class ($15 total if attending the next three classes) is due by December 1.
