“Try Not to Hold it Against Me: A Producer’s Life” by Julian Schlossberg

With a forward by Academy and Tony Award winner Elaine May, Schlossberg’s memoir tell the story of a kid from the Bronx, who was a fan of of Mike Nichols, Elaine May, Steve Allen, Sid Caesar and more. He never dreamed that he would become their producer. He negotiated deals with Al Pacino, Burt Reynbolds and interviewed legends including Bette Davis, Alfred Hitchcock, Bob Hope and George Burns.
