Photos from the 2014 Village of Tarrytown Halloween Parade

The day was crisp and delightful. Many in Patriot’s Park were happy or frightful. If all the world loves a parade, then the crowds along the route had it made.
It was unlucky #13 but it was truly a Halloween scene. In Tarrytown, the word got around.
