Phelps Memorial Joins Healthcare System

The NewYork–Presbyterian Healthcare System Board approved Phelps Memorial Hospital Center to become an affiliated member.

“We are pleased that Phelps has joined the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System, and we look forward to working collaboratively to strengthen and expand the health care delivery system in Westchester County,” said Herbert Pardes, M.D., President and CEO of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and NewYork – Presbyterian Healthcare System.

“This partnership enables us to link with some of the finest hospitals and medical schools in the country,” notes Keith Safian, President & CEO of Phelps Memorial, “and will allow us to participate in innovative quality and patient safety programs for which the NYP Healthcare System is achieving a national reputation.”
