Virginia DiCicco – Ginny – is a highly qualified, certified and passionate yoga teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience and more than 20 years as a yoga practioner. She incorporates several styles of hatha yoga to guide and inspire her students on their “yoga journey.”
Her excellent background of yoga study with great yoga masters, including study in India, and her medical background as a Registered Nurse brings to her students a remarkable understanding of their needs.
Ginny’s emphasis is on enjoyment while developing alignment, strength, flexibility and balance.
