Fab 4 Fat Burners

Check out these Fab 4 Fat Burning exercises.

Begin in a squat position with hands on the floor in front of you (See Figure 1)
Kick your feet back while simultaneously lowering yourself into a push-up (See Figure 2)
Immediately return to squat position while simultaneously pushing up with your arms
Leap up as high as possible from the squat position

Divide into rounds according to fitness level
In great shape: 1 min.

The public is invited to attend Saturday, November 21, from 10am to 6 pm, and Sunday, November 22, from 10am to 5 pm.
