The Village of Tarrytown zoning code is being updated. The Board of Trustees has established a committee, which is in the process of reviewing the code in an effort to make it easier to use and to reflect recommendations from the Comprehensive Plan.
The first phase of this update includes formatting and administrative changes, and should be completed in the next few months. All changes to the code will be subject to approval by the Board of Trustees, with appropriate public involvement.
