Field Hall Foundation Announces Spring Grants to Support Seniors and their Caregivers

Field Hall Foundation has announced $280,605 in grant awards as part of its Spring 2025 grant cycle. The funding will support programs aimed at reducing food insecurity, preventing elder abuse, promoting aging in place, and providing vital services such as home repairs, case management, and homecare. Since 2019, the Foundation has awarded more than $5.2 million in grants to non-profits and government agencies throughout Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties.

Spring 2025 grant recipients include:

Pace Women’s Justice Center – $40,000

Civil legal services to protect seniors from all forms of elder abuse

Family Service Society of Yonkers – $25,000

Kinship Program for seniors raising grandchildren

Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County – $25,000

Home repair services for low-income seniors in Putnam County

Putnam/Northern Westchester Women’s Resource Center – $25,000

Support and resources for older victims of elder abuse

Wartburg – $25,000

Re-launch of the Circle of Friends daycare program for seniors needing enhanced support

Cancer Support Team – $20,000

In-home nurse education, counseling and case management for senior cancer patients

CAREERS Support Solutions – $20,000

Workforce readiness, job placement and ongoing job support for seniors

Meals on Wheels of White Plains – $15,000

Home meal delivery program for seniors

My Brother Vinny – $15,000

Essential household items for formerly homeless senior veterans

Meals on Wheels of Greater Hyde Park – $12,710

Home meal delivery program for seniors

Northern Dutchess Hospital Foundation – $12,500

Home-based healthcare services for financially vulnerable seniors

Village of Hastings-on-Hudson – $10,490

Dance classes for seniors with Parkinson’s disease to improve mobility, balance and coordination

Horseman’s Harvest Neighborhood Pantry – $10,000

Food pantry support and rolling carts for senior clients

My Sisters’ Place – $10,000

Enhanced support for senior victims of domestic violence

St. John the Evangelist Church – $10,000

Support for weekly food pantry

Stonewood Community Project – $4,905

Farm-fresh produce and prepared foods for low-income seniors
